By accessing this website, booking a session, purchasing a service or product, or participating in any service offered by Morgan Miller Intuitive LLC (“Morgan Miller Intuitive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Morgan Miller Intuitive LLC provides intuitive, spiritual, and personal insight services intended to support reflection, self-exploration, and personal growth.

Our services may include intuitive readings, spiritual guidance, energy-based practices, educational offerings, and related services.

Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. No Guaranteed Results

Intuitive and spiritual services are subjective in nature. While every effort is made to provide thoughtful and meaningful guidance, no specific outcome, prediction, result, or future event is guaranteed or promised.

Your decisions, actions, and outcomes remain your sole responsibility.

You agree to use your own judgment and discernment when considering or acting upon information received during a session.

3. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary for your session and for making your own decisions regarding your personal circumstances.

You understand that Morgan Miller Intuitive LLC cannot control how you interpret or act upon information provided during a session.

If you are experiencing a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional concern, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.

In the event of an emergency or crisis, contact the appropriate emergency or crisis service rather than relying on an intuitive reading or spiritual service.

4. Booking and Payment

Appointments are subject to availability and are not considered confirmed until payment or other required booking steps have been completed.

Prices for services are displayed at the time of booking and may be changed at any time. Any applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges will be disclosed where required.

You agree to provide accurate contact and booking information and to notify us if your information changes.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 3 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than the required notice will be charged the full amount of the Service.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide appropriate notice, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and payment will be forfeited.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Morgan Miller Intuitive LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment when circumstances require. If we cancel a prepaid appointment and cannot provide a suitable alternative, you will be offered a full refund, as applicable.

6. Refunds

All payments for completed sessions and purchases are non-refundable.

Because intuitive services involve time being reserved specifically for a client, dissatisfaction with the information or outcome of a reading does not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.

Any refunds or credits will be handled according to the refund policy presented at the time of purchase.

7. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to an appointment, your session may still end at the originally scheduled time.

Late arrival does not necessarily entitle you to additional session time or a partial refund.

If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to communicate and behave respectfully.

Morgan Miller Intuitive LLC reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or terminate a session or service if a client engages in abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable behavior.

In such circumstances, no refund is guaranteed.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

Morgan Miller Intuitive LLC will make reasonable efforts to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared during a session.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance, including where disclosure is required by law or where information is voluntarily shared through public or third-party platforms.
